If It's Wednesday, It Must Be Redwoods National Park....

Oh my.  Today started out rainy and yucky but we persisted after breakfast at Sharon and Sean's fabulous airbnb in Brookings, Oregon, heading south to Redwood National Park in the rain....

...where the weather improved.  Can you believe Rick is standing inside this tree?

These redwoods make me believe that God has a great imagination....

Many are covered and strung with moss.

And looking up is an adventure.

 

This tree (can you see the monkey?) actually garnered about 25 photograohy students all lined up taking photos with their instructor.

And if you want to feel humble, this is the place.

 OK--this shot was taken by a lovely couple who did this upward pano shot of us, as we did of them!  And, in keeping with "Where's Waldo?" can you find Baba in the photo below?
