If it's Monday, We Must Be Heading to Bend...

Our day began with a lengthy three hour visit to the Apple store where we got all fixed up and ready to use our phones and lap top.  Thanks to you, Jasmine!

We were there so long that we had to have lunch at the very upscale, Chestnut Hill style mall while we waitied for our lap top to be cured....

Betty had suggested heading toward Mount Hood on the way to Bend and we were so happy she did!

It's an amazing place with so much snow that many are still snow boarding in the sunny fifty degree weather. 

Thw Timberline Lodge at Mount Hood was built in Frankon Roosevelt's day and is beautiful and luxurious.

 

We finished the daywith a stop at the Deschutes brew house in Bend, recommended by our hostess, Amy, at our airbnb home away from home.  A salad and a pizza tonight--with leftovers for tomorrow night!
